Our golden, home-baked fruit pies are made with no canned fillings or preservatives of any kind. We offer Old-fashioned Apple, Apple Crumb (made with fresh granny smith apples), Blueberry Lattice Top, Blueberry Crumb, Peach and a few seasonal specialties such as Strawberry Rhubarb, Italian Plum, Sweet Potato Pecan, Pumpkin, and Pecan. We also offer seasonal fresh fruit galettes such as Strawberry-Blueberry-Raspberry, Plum, Apple-Cranberry and many others.

Our tarts are truly "old-fashioned" and are among our finest offerings. If you are entertaining, may we suggest a Lemon or Linzer Tart. The Lemon Tart is made with a sweet crust which is a fine blend of almonds and walnuts, then filled with our own lemon curd. The Linzer Tart is a classic hazelnut and almond crust filled with seedless raspberry jam and accented with a touch of powdered sugar. We also make baked frangipan tarts~ a sweet crust filled with an almond cream then covered with sweet pears, sour cherries, or apricots. In addition we make baked fruit tarts (blueberry or raspberry), Crème Anglaise Baked Fruit Tarts (apple, mango, or banana), and the ever popular Fresh Fruit Tart--a sweet dough crust filled with French custard topped with fresh fruit and an apricot glaze.

The Riviera Bakehouse is the place to go for breakfast. Our muffins are moist, delicious and available in over a dozen flavors: blueberry, corn, whole-wheat blackberry, bran raisin, coffee chocolate chip, pumpkin, banana nut, carrot raisin, oatmeal, apple, zucchini, cranberry, cinnamon coffee cake…. We make a wide assortment of Danish, apple turnovers, flaky pastry, scones and much more...Or for something larger...We make a variety of coffee cakes and pound cakes: Lemon Pound Cake, Lemon Ginger Pound Cake, Chocolate Chip Pound Cake, Apple Kuchen, Chocolate Babka, Russian Coffee Cake, & Sour Cream Coffee Cake. Our quick breads and mini pound cakes, baked in a 3"X5"-loaf pan, are a perfect treat for just a few people. The flavors include chocolate chip pound cake, lemon pound cake, pumpkin, banana nut, zucchini, carrot, cranberry, apple and ginger tea cake. So come in for a cup of coffee or tea and a bite to eat or get a box of goodies to go.

All measure approximately 3"X3" (except the death defying brownies). Our brownies come in 3 delicious varieties. The Chocolate Chip Walnut Brownie’s name speaks for itself, simple and delicious. The Death Defying Brownie is slightly smaller in size (2X2),but big on taste. This decadent brownie is topped with lightly browned coconut and chocolate chips. These little treats are the biggest selling bar item in the store! Finally our fudge brownie - sweet and chewy. Our classic Blondie is moist, thick, and chock full of chocolate chips with edges dipped in chocolate. Shortbread bars come in a variety of flavors, but every filling is baked in our rich, buttery shortbread crust: Raspberry Crumble bars are filled with seedless raspberry jam, then topped with buttery crumb topping, Lemon bars are filled with our own lemon curd, and covered with our sweet and buttery crumb topping, and Walnut Caramel bars are filled with a walnut caramel filling then drizzled with chocolate.

We are probably most well known for our cookies. These delicate butter cookies are available in an array of shapes and flavors. Many are dipped in rich chocolate or filled with fruit jam. During the holiday season the variety of shapes and flavors is even greater. If you crave something larger, we offer mega cookies! We use 3 oz. of cookie dough to create these rich cookies! Choose from Classic Chocolate Chip (no nuts), Chocolate-Chocolate Chip with Dried Sour Cherries, Oatmeal Raisin, or Monster Cookies (chocolate chunk cookies). We also decorate large Mickey Mouse cookies, teddy bears, seasonal shaped cookies, and large linzer cookies. Also available are chocolate chip cookie "cakes" sized and inscribed to your specification. Our rugelach, a rich cream-cheese dough rolled with an assortment of flavors, then covered with powdered sugar or chopped nuts, is another popular item. Our flavors include our original (cinnamon and chopped nuts), apricot, chocolate, almond, and raspberry.
